What is this Privacy Statement?

This Privacy Statement describes how Musicopia handles the information of users of the website (“Site”).    References to “Musicopia,” “we,” or “us” in this policy means Musicopia and “you” and “user” refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this Site for any reason.  We reserve the right to occasionally update the Policy.  At such time, we will also revise the “last updated” date above.   This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions  of the Site, which are binding on all Site users.  If you have any questions, comments or concerns about this Privacy Policy, the information practices related to this Site or the other Terms and Conditions, please contact us at

Visitors to the Musicopia website can browse the site without telling us who they are.  The only information we gather is from standard server logs.  These include your IP (Internet Protocol) address, domain name, browser type, operating system, and  information such as the web site that referred you to us, the files you downloaded, the pages you visit, and the dates/times of those visits.   

 Use of Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect about you for a variety of purposes such as to:

  • Process instrument donations;

  • Place advertisements;

  • Participate in our programs, and

Special Note About Information From Children

Musicopia is focused on providing opportunities for children to experience, learn, perform, and appreciate music. We do not collect information at the Site from persons we know to be under age 13, and no part of our Site is designed to attract anyone under age 13.  Please contact with any questions about this policy.
